Falcon Crest Investment Limited (FCIL) is a wholly Ghanaian owned company registered in Ghana under the Companies Code of 1963, Act 179.
The company was incorporated in December 2006 to acquire and take over the ongoing concern business of Falcon Crest Investment Enterprise duly registered under the Registration of Business Name Act 1962 (No 151) as BN 75,737C.
The Company is registered to provide Real Estate Development Services.
Since inception, Falcon Crest Investment Limited has embarked on the servicing and development of residential and industrial plots to improve upon the equity base for its core business - the development of a-state-of-the-art real estate project at Shai Hills.
Currently, it has sold over 1000 serviced plots to its clients for development into residential and commercial buildings. The company is being governed and managed by competent officials and professionals with proven track records.
Falcon Crest Office is strategically located at Spintex Road on the First Floor of the KWADJO AGYEI PLAZZA near the U.T BANK and HFC BANK. The conducive and serene working environment has yielded a synergic effect on FCIL's sales and operations.
