Samuel Kofi. Diame

Samuel Kofi Diame is the Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Crest Investment Limited. He holds first and second degree in Business Administration in Real Estate, specialising particularly in; Real Estate Project, Real Estate Management and Market Analysis. Samuel has successfully been admitted to the membership of the Students Council of Belford University USA. Having been engaged in the real estate sector for close to 15 years, he has excellent land acquisition skills and has acquired many plots for residential and commercial property development. He acquired over one thousand one hundred (1,100) acres of land at South East McCarthy Hill in Accra for Tare Development Properties Limited and several other plots of land for Bonsu Brothers Real Estate Company and Indaase Investment Limited. Samuel has been involved in various land acquisition in the Greater Accra Region. He is an astute businessman, visionary and entrepreneur with unsurpassed drive to achieve any set goal. He displays tenacity and resilience when faced with complex task. His positive attitude to life and practical approach to problem solving actually motivates others to also adopt “a can do” spirit.

Mohammed Abdulai

Mohammed Abdulai is the Director of Operations of Falcon Crest Investment Limited. He studied Business Management at the institute of Management Studies and has particular expertise in the areas of Project / Operations Management, Strategic Management, Estimation, Purchasing and Cost Control.

Mr. Abdulai has worked in the capacity as Project Director and / or Manager in different organizations since 1995 and has over 10 years experience leading projects for both private and public sector assignments.

In 1997 Mr. Abdulai worked as Project Director and Coordinator for the rehabilitation and renovation of the Achimota School Science Resource Center. More recently he has worked as project coordinator for Isfad, where he was responsible for the building of staff bungalows at the Pantang Hospital. He also worked as Project Director for Ushaa a construction company from 2002-2005 reshaping and re-gravelling 15 kms of the Dawa-Adjakope road.

Jennifer Amoateng

Jennifer is the Director of Marketing and Information Technology of FCI. She holds degree in Information Technology from the United Kingdom and has considerable years of experience in the Information Technology specialising in web designing and electronic business. She designed the company’s website and in charge of designing appropriate marketing tools to move the company to another height.

Kofi Biney

Kofi is the Architect and consultant on the project. He holds first degree and Post graduate diploma from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Kofi has over ten years experience in the industry with lots of designs to his credit.

Other Staff Members

FCIL has additional fifteen staff members assisting management on the day to day running of the company. Contractors and labourers on site are engaged on contract basis and works as and when it becomes expedient but not full time employees of the company
